It doesnt work, i want my money back!

I want my money back! Reset the phone teice, reinstalled the app twice and still it doesnt open.

Unable to convert document. When touch open in.....it closes the app. I uninstalled and installed again and now cant open app at all!!!!

It crashed during usage or when tried to open it in another application.

The App has not opened once. It crashes constantly even after deleting, reinstalling, etc. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!!!!! You are throwing your money away.
